Each item is handmade with love, intention, and great care so please allow *up to* two weeks for your item to be shipped after the payment is received. If you need a rush order then please feel free to contact me. Every package is shipped by USPS First Class with a tracking number for $5.00.
Holiday Shipping
All orders must be placed by December 10th to ensure arrival by Christmas.
Stud and hoop earrings are usually shipped within 3 days after payment is received.
Most necklaces are usually shipped within 7 days after payment is received.
Insured Shipping
We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping for more expensive orders. Island Aura is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged. Please do not E-mail Island Aura if you are having delivery issues with United States Postal Service. I will have no further information for you other than what your tracking information provides which you will already have access to.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves the studio. Feel free to track its journey from my studio to your front door.
Redirecting Orders
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.
