All of our pieces are uniquely made to order just for YOU, therefore, returns are not accepted. That being said, I always want you to be happy with your piece! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to e-mail IslandAuraJewelery@gmail.com and I will do my very best to settle any issues you have and make sure you are happy with your shopping experience.
Island Aura has a firm no refund policy for bangles that were ordered in the wrong size.
Please use the measuring chart that's provided on every single bangle listing to get your correct size. If you are still unsure, please use YouTube for reference or visit a local jewelry store to get measured. Be sure to double and triple check your size before payment. As a micro business and one woman operation I simply cannot afford to cover the cost in time + materials to re-make a bangle due to someone else's oversite. Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the handmade process, I cannot allow for exchanges or cancellations to be made more than 24 hours after your payment is received, so please be sure to double-check your order, size and quantity before checking out.
FAQs
I received a different item than what I ordered?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact IslandAuraJewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package to resolve the problem. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged / wrong item.
*When mailing jewelry please secure Items in the manner they were received. We will not accept items sent in envelopes (such as standard mail) and will not accept returns in packages other than padded envelopes or boxes.
I’ve emailed you, why haven’t got a reply yet?
My current response time is 1-3 business days. Island Aura is a one-woman operation and your patience is greatly appreciated! Please note I do not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. If you send an email on Friday evening please allow till the following week for a reply!

Do you repair pieces?
Yes, I may be able to offer a repair for your Island Aura piece. Cost is dependent on the level of repair needed and some may even be free if they are minor or an error due to an oversight with craftsmanship. Email IslandAuraJewelry@gmail.com with your order number, photo of the piece, and repair request. Do not mail back jewelry for repair without corresponding with Island Aura for instructions.
I lost one of my earrings…
Some but not all earrings may be replaced if one goes missing. The cost of earring and shipping fee is covered by the customer.
