I usually wear something for a few weeks and then swap it out so these have become a staple for me. I can slide the puka charms on and off so I'm left with a solo hoop or keep them on for a little extra cha cha! With or without the charms they are comfortable enough to sleep in and being the size of a quarter they are perfect for every day wear.
